Online

If you are not happy with your order you can return your unframed print within 14 days of purchase for a refund, as long as it arrives back to us in perfect condition. Please contact us prior to returning at orders@theymadethis.co.uk and reuse the packaging the artwork was send in when posting back to us.

This excludes all framed artwork purchases, as these are bespoke, hand-made orders, and are therefore non-returnable unless faulty.

Once we have received the returned item you will then receive a full refund for the artwork purchased. We do not refund postage fees as we can't claim this back.

If you have made a mistake when placing your order please contact us within 24 hours at orders@theymadethis.co.uk.

Any shipping charges for returned orders are at the customer's expense. We do recommend using a tracked and/ or signed service for returned orders, as we aren't responsible for damaged or lost returned orders.

In-Store

In-store purchases can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item(s) arrives back to us in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Exchanges can only be made in store, please contact us before exchanging at orders@theymadethis.co.uk

If you can't reach either of our stores to return your in-store purchase, we may accept a posted return at our discretion. All postal charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us via email before returning.

Faulty Items

Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. You will be asked to provide evidence of fault or damage via email, by way of photograph.
In the event that your order is faulty, you will be sent a prepaid label for return at your local post office. In some cases we may be able to arrange a collection via Royal Mail.
 
Incorrect Delivery Address / Missed Delivery
In the event that your order is returned to us because of an incorrect delivery address, or you miss your delivery and fail to collect or rearrange delivery from your local depot, additional payment will be required for a second shipping.
